Using Wise Quotes

Wise Quotes provides curated and user-created quotes, Favorites, Quote Collections, playback, widgets, and optional Quote Notifications for personal, non-commercial use. You must use the App lawfully and must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to infringe another person’s rights.

Quotes are provided for general informational and inspirational purposes. We do not guarantee that a quote, attribution, or other content is accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose. The App is not professional, medical, mental-health, or other expert advice.

You can use the App without charge for features offered at no charge. We may offer optional paid features, including subscriptions or a one-time purchase for lifetime access to specified features. Any price, billing period, included features, and other purchase terms will be shown before you buy. A subscription renews and is charged by Apple or Google according to the terms shown in the store unless you cancel through that store before renewal. A one-time purchase is charged once and does not renew. Payment processing, subscription management, and refund requests are handled under the applicable store's terms and processes. Access to paid features depends on the purchase remaining valid and the App being able to verify it.

Your content and sharing

You retain your rights in the Personal Quotes and Quote Collections you create. You are responsible for having the rights needed to enter and share that content. When you enable a Collection Share Link, you give us permission to host and display that collection to people who have the link, and to process it as needed to operate sharing. The link is unlisted, not private: anyone who receives it may view or pass it on. You can disable sharing in the App, but that cannot retract copies already made by viewers.

Do not share content that is unlawful, violates another person’s rights, or contains information you are not entitled to disclose. We may remove shared content or limit access when reasonably needed to operate the service, address abuse, or comply with law.

App content and availability

The App, its software, design, and curated content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the App. They do not transfer ownership to you. You may share individual quotes using the App’s built-in sharing features where you have the right to do so.

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features. The App and content are provided “as available,” subject to consumer rights and warranties that cannot be excluded by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

App stores, changes, and contact

If you downloaded the App from Apple’s App Store or Google Play, your use is also subject to the applicable store terms. The store provider is not responsible for the App’s support or maintenance except where its own terms or applicable law say otherwise.

We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a revised date. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where GreenKiss LLC is organized, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in your country or region.
